Occupational Therapist
Licensing & Qualifications Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Occupational Therapist license for South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Occupational Therapists provide evaluation and treatment services to children to support the development of fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills across home, school, and community settings. This role includes developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining timely documentation. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through engaging and purposeful therapy.
Physical Therapists provide evaluation and treatment services to children to support gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility across home, school, and community settings. This role includes developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and committed to helping children improve movement and independence through engaging, play-based therapy.
Physical Therapist
Licensing & Qualifications Requirements:

Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)

Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Speech Language Pathologist
Licensing & Qualifications Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress

Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists provide evaluation and treatment services to children to support speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing skills across home, school, and community settings. This role includes developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining timely documentation. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping children build functional communication skills through engaging, play-based therapy.
Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Interns support licensed therapists in providing evaluation and treatment services to pediatric clients in home, school, and community settings as part of an approved fieldwork or clinical rotation. This position offers hands-on, supervised learning experiences, including participation in therapy sessions, observation and assistance with assessments, contribution to treatment planning, and completion of documentation in accordance with academic and clinical requirements. The ideal candidate is a motivated OT or PT student with a strong interest in pediatric therapy, a commitment to professional growth, and a passion for supporting children and families.
